Oliver’s Teether Toy Trials – Day Five

 Teether Tugz Toys

We love this teether toy. Oliver can hold it, pull it’s ears and chew on them, it has bright colours and is soft enough for a new baby to play with.

This toy comes in three different styles, the Elephant, Rabbit or Butterfly. We have the butterfly. The body of the butterfly is soft like a cuddly toy, and has textured fabric for the feet. The stitching is done well and there are no gaps where little fingers could get in and pull. Through the body is a hole where the wings go. These are plain fabric on one side and a soft felt type fabric on the inside. They are not stuffed as you wouldn’t be able to pull them through. On each of the ears/wings of the product is a teething surface. This has a two fold purpose, the first is to be used as a teether, the second is to stop the wings/ears being completely pulled through the body of the soft animal. The head of the animal is also soft and stuffed, it also has a small rattle in there though. The toy is light enough for Oliver to play with and make it rattle by himself.

The toy is £4.99 from the Nuby website and you can also get them from some of the supermarket stores too. It is good for teething, playing and cuddling alike. I would recommend this toy for any newborn.

A good toy for all babies.  We give it 5 stars 🙂
