An Ode To Weight Watchers

Calories and fat content, tell me who,
Doesn’t get confused through and through?
But with a weight watchers calculator its easy enough,
It takes all the details and gives points without any fuss.

Counting points from my daily allowance
And adding to when doing any sport or dance
Taking points away when you have a meal
Makes lots of sense and keeps it real

A pound a week or a stay the same
But as long as we track, we wont see a gain
Sit down when you’re eating and enjoy your food
As the scales decrease it will improve your mood

So onwards and downwards is what we say
As we take our new lifestyle day by day
Our leader is there for help and support
Lets hope all her teachings weren’t for naught
