Up – 07:30

Forgot to take tablets

Breakfast – Melon Pot – 55 Cals

Lunch – Chicken Salad – 470 cals, rice pudding – 205 cals

Tea – Tesco’s light choices curry and rice – 470 cals, onion bhajis * 4 – 340 cals

Snacks – 3 * Twister Ice lollies – 135 cals

Sleep – 7 hours

Had a good day all in all, got a job interview for collections on Tuesday šŸ™‚

Total Calories: 1675

Under my intake allowance of 1800 cals a day šŸ™‚
